📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems using Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Plan and execute storage solutions, including SAN and NAS systems.
- Develop and enforce backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor and optimize database and storage performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database and storage issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in database management and storage solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior database administrators and storage specialists.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in database administration and storage solutions.
- Certifications in Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL are a plus.
- Experience with VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V for virtualization.
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
