📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and in compliance with company policies.,Assist in stock management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including occasional travel to the Jakarta office.,Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
