Moon Bright Nusantara is looking for a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure that HR needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
