Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department,Managing a team of 5-10 employees,Ensuring departmental goals are met and exceeded,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Representing the department in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field,Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of smart home technology,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment
