📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Developing user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical materials.
• Reviewing and editing technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Assisting in the creation of API documentation and other technical resources.
• Participating in product development processes and providing technical support.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Contributing to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
