📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies and processes to support business objectives.,Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders understand and interpret data.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurately collected, processed, and analyzed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our data analysis capabilities.,Identify and implement opportunities to improve our data infrastructure and processes to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
