Operations Assistant - Fashion Brand

As an Operations Assistant at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to the day-to-day functioning of our fashion brand. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that our inventory is accurately tracked and managed, that our production processes are efficient and effective, and that our shipping and delivery processes are seamless and timely. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain inventory records using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules.
- Oversee the packaging and shipping of orders, ensuring that all items are accurately packed and shipped on time.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.
- Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment.
- Support the Operations Manager in any other tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software such as Fishbowl or TradeGecko.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
