Express Home Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing timely and efficient solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and databases.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Operate front desk systems and software to manage reservations, billing, and other tasks.,Promote the hotel's services and amenities to guests, and assist with tour and travel arrangements.,Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel premises, following all protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Familiarity with front desk software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and guest needs.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
