Duta Putri Medical Center is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping our employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular employee surveys and provide feedback to management.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
