AsiaPay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital payments solutions by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of our business in the digital payments space.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive the growth of digital payments solutions.,Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital payments industry.,Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our digital payments solutions and attract new customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts with other business functions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital payments space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital payments or fintech industry.,Strong understanding of digital payment solutions and their market dynamics.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in using sales and marketing tools and technologies.,Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience working in Bali or Indonesia is a plus.
