📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial transactions to identify and correct any discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to management on financial matters.,Manage the accounting team and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the accounting department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
