📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs in accordance with company objectives and employee needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
