📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that meet the needs of employees.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training and development needs.,Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on the effectiveness of learning and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
