📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.,Backup and restore data as needed to ensure business continuity.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
