📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.,Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.,Track and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements.,Participate in company events and trade shows to promote our products and services.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
