📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.,Prepare detailed project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.,Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project efficiency and quality.,Manage and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management or design.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
