SHIFT Mandiri is looking for a Distribution Officer to join our team. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The Distribution Officer will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution process, from order processing to delivery.,Ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues.,Monitor inventory levels and order replenishment.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
