Located in prime areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll be working in some of Bali's most popular destinations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions using POS systems like Quick Service POS (QSP) or similar.
• Maintain a clean and organized food court area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Prepare and serve food items according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Stock and manage inventory, ensuring that food and beverage items are always available.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other food court staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
