📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily water quality tests and monitor fish health, ensuring optimal conditions for growth and reproduction.
• Implement feeding schedules and diet plans tailored to the specific needs of Arwana and other high-value ornamental fish.
• Assist in the breeding and propagation of Arwana, contributing to the expansion of our collection.
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of aquarium exhibits, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new aquarium designs and technologies.
• Document fish health, feeding, and breeding activities, and maintain detailed records.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ornamental fish care and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in the organization of aquarium events and workshops, promoting the company's brand and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ornamental fish care, with a focus on Arwana and other high-value species.
• Certification in ornamental fish care or related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of aquarium maintenance, including water treatment, filtration, and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with breeding techniques and propagation methods for ornamental fish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
