📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and solutions to customers regarding our insurance products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Set and achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Attend and participate in industry events, seminars, and training programs.,Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of insurance products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
