In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and internal teams, providing technical support and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and that our clients' needs are met. This is a shift-based role, offering flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring uptime and security.
• Document and track all IT incidents and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the technical team for further resolution.
• Train and support end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.
• Maintain and update IT inventory records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
