📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and linens.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
