PT Pilar Fajar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Subang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Oversee daily cash transactions and reconcile cash deposits.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Monitor cash drawer levels and ensure adequate supplies of coins and bills.,Train and develop cashier staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
