📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the supply chain department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best possible deals with suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
