ECHO Unggul is looking for a Lead Training Officer to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. As a Lead Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that training initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and other team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training and development software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and other relevant HR technologies.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
