📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.,Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance during interviews.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
