📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Participating in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
