Central Store Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant retail environment and contribute to our store's success.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the products they need. You will also be responsible for maintaining our store's sales targets and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the products they need.
  • Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Maintain our store's sales targets and contribute to our team's overall performance.
  • Promote our products and services to customers and encourage them to make purchases.
  • Handle cash transactions and process returns and exchanges.
  • Assist in store maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide valuable insights to our team.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our store's goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 30 pounds.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
