📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Train and mentor junior technical writers as needed,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Attention to detail and commitment to quality
