📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in all dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.,Manage inventory and stock levels of food and kitchen supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality meals in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid cooking license and food handler certification.
