📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and specialized analytical tests using advanced laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory analyses by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory records and reports.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new analytical methods and protocols.
• Participate in quality control activities, including sample preparation and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to junior laboratory staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in analytical chemistry or microbiology.
• Certification in laboratory techniques and equipment operation (e.g., HPLC, GC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabArchives, LIMS, or similar.
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices (GLP) and quality assurance (QA) principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
