Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting blood samples from patients using sterile techniques and following strict protocols.
• Processing and labeling blood samples accurately to ensure they are sent to the correct laboratory for testing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sterilizing equipment and disposing of used materials properly.
• Assisting patients with any pre-draw procedures and providing comfort and reassurance throughout the process.
• Following all healthcare regulations and safety guidelines to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
• Documenting all procedures and maintaining accurate records of blood sample collections.
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure timely and accurate test results for patients.
• Participating in continuous training and education to stay updated on the latest blood collection techniques and healthcare regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Phlebotomist from a recognized institution, such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the National Phlebotomy Association (NPA).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the medical team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using blood collection equipment, such as needles, syringes, and vacuum tubes.
