📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital’s facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Manage and optimize outsourcing services, including catering, laundry, and waste management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of facility and outsourcing service professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility and outsourcing services management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RICS) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as ServiceNow, IBM MaaS360, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
