Fleet Administrator - Vehicle Management & Logistics Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transportation, cost efficiency, and strategic planning for our vehicle fleet in Canggu, Bali.

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, from delivery trucks to company cars, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficiently utilized, and compliant with all regulations. You will work closely with our logistics and manufacturing teams to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including delivery trucks, company cars, and specialized equipment.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule and execute vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Track and manage vehicle insurance, registration, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs and improve overall fleet efficiency.
• Collaborate with the logistics and manufacturing teams to plan and optimize vehicle routes and schedules.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet administration, vehicle management, or a similar role in the logistics or manufacturing sector.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleet Complete, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
